I’ve been going to Smith and Mendoza for years, and Jesse is just on another level.
He recently took my daughter from blonde to the most beautiful, natural brown with soft highlights, and she is in love with it! The reaction has been crazy as people can’t believe that kind of transformation could happen, let alone in one day.
Jesse is a true artist. He takes his time, pays attention to every detail, and genuinely cares about the outcome. You can feel how much he loves what he does.
