I'm leaving after being with Main Street in Cooper City for ~ 8 years. One reason - Fluoride, every time I go, I request NO fluoride (also requested a permanent note for it to be excluded), yet I'm always billed for it, my insurance does not cover it, so I get the difference in an invoice in the mail. For years I've had to call and have it removed as the service was not performed. This past time I've called twice (working hours), no answer, left voicemail indicating the same situation as the previous visits and requested a call back. I have not received a call back and continue to receive invoices and interest charges on the amount. I'm going to pay it now and goodbye. If my insurance covered this, MSD would get paid for a service not performed and I wouldn't even be aware they are trying to bill it to my insurance. It's frustrating, disappointing because it's so convenient, an major annoyance. I'm moving on now.

we have been taken our children since 2014 always great experience. Doctors and Staff super friendly the kids don't mind going for their checkups. highly recommend this place.
