Boy-oh-boy... Did we hit the jackpot when my fiancé called for a cleaning service. And double jackpot because Ruth is absolutely incredible! We only request her and even though we are in a rented condo we still like to keep it clean. We have used their services 4x now & will continue to do so. The landlord came over yesterday to fix something and when he walked in he said "wow this place looks incredible" and we had just had it cleaned that day! Not that it is ever a mess... yet it smells so good and it is so clean & spotless! What I've learned is that I'm obviously a hair shedder because it looks like a small dog had been brushed based on how much head hair Ruth sweeps!...read full review

This is by far the best maid service I have ever used!!! Trust me! During the height of the pandemic it was impossible to retain a maid service for any length of time. So, unfortunately, I ended up having to utilize several different companies. It was a nightmare! They were all just average or below. People quitting left and right and just doing quick sloppy cleanings. I feel like I finally hit the jackpot with MOP. Ingrid is wonderful and very professional. This was my first time bringing Maids of Parkland and it won't be my last. I am a real estate investor and broker. Ingrid is the person that bent over backwards to get somebody in on short notice. Her communication skills were friendly, professional and excellent. She works with a number of trusted cleaners and the cleaner was punctual and very nice. The Buyers broker asked me to provide her with Ingrids information for the new owner. I'd say that speaks for itself.
