Our house is 20 years old so we put a new roof on it. In addition, we did some customizing on the trim, installed new gutters and new Coach Lights and had the house repainted. We were recommended by our neighbor since they had damage to their garage from a windstorm. We called our insurance company and they didn’t even go into our garage to see all the damages. We were paid for exterior repairs only. Once Chiaramonte Roofing & GC assessed the damages we realized we had significant roof rafter damage. Our insurance company agreed to replace all of our rafters and the whole roof.
