I made a 5 o'clock appointment to have my hair and make up done and I arrived at 4:45. Apparently I have too much hair and does not take the typical 30 minutes to do. No one said anything to me during the 45 minutes that I was getting my hair done. When I finished to go get my make up done I was told there was someone already in front of me, and that it would be at least another 20 minutes. This was at 5:45 PM. I will now be extremely late to the event I have tonight. Horrible communication. The stylist who did my hair was great and very nice. She did a beautiful job on my hair but I ended up leaving without my make up done.
This is the place to go if you need a quick wash and blow out. When you have a ton of hair, it is better to let someone else dry and style it. They also do prom hair. They recently raised the price but they have competitive pricing.
The service is excellent. I got an appointment right away and was so happy with the blow out with Junior that I bought a package and scheduled 2 more for upcoming events. This is addicting!
