Excellent customer service. Mark Silva and Larry Lybarger treated us like family. We were treated to lunch while waiting for our finance paperwork to be finalized. We walked away happy and satisfied with the outcome. While visiting the Space Coast from Miami, FL. My daughter and I stopped at Mike Erdman Toyota and were greeted by Mr. Ivan Hagans. Ivan was very helpful, polite, knowledgeable, and friendly. This made the entire experience stress free and very pleasant. Coming from Miami, where buying a car is a nightmare, my stress level went down by the minute by Ivan's chill, not pushy attitude. If you are in search of a vehicle, do not hesitate to stop by Mike Erdman and do yourself a favor and ask for Ivan if you want a stress free, smooth car purchasing experience. Very few like him! Weeks of studying variations of pickup trucks, I decided a Toyota Tacoma would suit my needs. Tired of online sleuthing, I finally decided to go see some "live ones." What a surprise to discover the enormous spread of Mike Erdman's Cocoa campus for Toyota/Nissan! As I parked, a friendly young man greeted me and asked if there was something specific I was looking for. My research narrowed down to a very unique, uncommon Tacoma variation.
