We had the city come out to inspect our leak and of course it was something that we as the homeowners needed to repair. I contacted Jeff as he was local and explained the situation to him. He dropped everything and came out to repair our leak and was extremely prompt, professional, and competent. He also priced it much lower than we expected. I am keeping him on my contact list in my phone for any future work we might need around the house for plumbing services. Totally, fully, and without reservation, I would recommend him.

I had an issue with the water flow from my shower head and needed a professional. I started calling plumbing companies, no one answered thier phone. After at least 10 no answers I called J Rice, he was on another job but answered my call. I explained the problem I was having and he gave me his opinion of what the problem may be. He was spot on! Thank you Mr.Rice. If I ever need a plumber,this will be the only company that I will call. It's obvious that he cares about his business and that his customers are important. Thank you!!!
