I cannot express the gratitude and professionalism that Todd exhibited during this process. It's one thing to be dealing with emotions and other conflicting issues nevertheless dealing with both them at the same time. Thank you so much for making a very difficult process simple and easy and guiding through most difficult times.
We were braced for thousands in expenses, but Todd recognized we only needed them to do the cremation and host a viewing and he priced it accordingly. They handled everything nicely and even stayed late on Friday to let us pick up ashes for our services over the weekend.
4-1/2 Stars.Beckman was our go to funeral home in home town Cocoa Beach. The Cocoa Beach office and familiar faces are no longer there, and full time service seems to have moved to Vierra. Not particularly convenient but Beckman did handle our disposition efficiently from Vierra with quick response to phone and e-mail. They also staffed the Cocoa Beach office for the day we visited to pick up cremains. Additionally they were able to quickly respond prior to a 4 July weekend to provide the cremains and urn in time for next day Memorial.
