I suffer from scoliosis, neck and back pain, severe muscle tension and headaches. Kristin has worked on my problem muscles with more care and detail than any other therapists and has made me a believer in the slow and steady process. 3 of her sessions have done what countless others could not.

I have been going to Pure Wellness for massage therapy for a few years and I couldn't be happier. I am very particular in choosing a massage therapist and Kristin is fantastic. She always asks me specific questions to determine what areas need to be worked on. She's very busy, all the good ones are, so plan ahead when making your appointments. I can't express how much I appreciate what Kristin does to help keep my body feeling healthy.

I had my first massage with Tracey yesterday and it was one of the best massages I have ever received. She focused on my high tension spots as requested and adjusted the pressure as needed. I will definitely be back and am happy to support a local small business!
