The work was done quickly and correctly, and I have the pictures that confirm it. The problem isn’t fixed, but it’s not Shane’s fault. He quickly assisted me in determining the real issue, and is now helping to resolve. I look forward to working with them in the future!
So, I had the Lead Technician, Brandon, come out to service my entire A/C-HVAC system after purchasing my home. He found a few issues that could've been major issues had they not been addressed. He was able to service my whole system and address the issues for me at a very reasonable cost, with discounts. Overall, Velocity Air Conditioning is a top-notch company with the best of technicians like Brandon. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants to keep their systems running at peek efficiency and save on your electric bills.
Third times a charm! Prior to Brandon coming to our home we had 2 HVAC techs come through. Brandon was quick, knowledgeable, and thorough. He diagnosed the problem, which the previous techs couldn't do, explained in detail what led up to our unit going out, and all of our options. My husband and I felt good about our decision to go with Velocity to replace our HVAC system. We're happy with what we're getting for the price and they honor Military veterans! We highly recommend giving them a call!
