Joshua is very reliable and conscientious. He did all the repairs and repainted the interior on my rental property. Very reasonable priced. His company is my first call when something needs fixing.
Handyman was willing to go to Lowe;s to pick up needed part to rehang pendant light that had come loose & fell out of ceiling over our kitchen table. Was able to rehang quickly, It was a little pricey at $150 but I can't do this type repair.
