They were subcontractors to blinds.com for the installation of blinds throughout the house. The installer noted that the blinds were ordered incorrectly, but instead of stopping, he jammed them in damaging the windowsills and drywall. We were in the processes of having the interior of the house professionally painted and the installer damaged that as well. Blinds.com quickly and professionally corrected the blinds, but the subcontracted installer couldn’t provide anyone except the original tech to install the replacement blinds, we refused to let him in the house so I installed them and had then the painter fix the damage caused by the installer. Paper Moon was outsourced by Blinds.com to install our blinds. Their installer, Landon, jammed blinds in that were the wrong size. Our newly painted interior was damaged - in some spots down to metal. Our painter repaired the damages after a new install completed by us due to lack of other staff - almost six weeks later. Suzy at Paper Moon was to refund the $100 in repairs to us, but chose to hang up on us, refuse to assist and threaten with harassment. Luckily, Blinds.com stepped in and reimbursed the repairs as it was going nowhere with the ineptitude of Paper Moon...
