I enjoy Crunch gyms. I have been to many locations and being able to do so makes the membership convenient. I especially love the variety of fitness classes.
My feedback about this gym is that it’s dirty. I was on a treadmill and noticed a layer of dust on all of the machines. Then you look up and the ceiling and AC vents are COVERED in dust ?
This morning the trash can under the wipes on the second floor was overflowing and trash was all over the floor…but at least there were wipes since it’s a 50/50 shot there are even wipes to use.

Not a super great facility, friendly staff and decent equipment.
My only, major complain is that absolutely nobody seeing bad mold and A/C vents on the ceiling!

I am a new member and came in today to use the treadmill and tan. My boyfriend went in to tan at the same time. His bed was turned on. My bed was not turned on. Needless to say, it was embarrassing to wait to tan and it was never turned on. I stopped at the desk (where about 6 staff members were standing) to explain the situation and was just told sorry I had memberships to take care of. I guess once we signed up for a membership we are not a priority. I will go to the Palm Harbor location instead.
