I had a great fitness experience w/ Coach Kyle, incorporating personal training into my Clearwater Beach vacation!Intense workout sessions; challenging exercises targeted to my fitness goals, all on a beautiful white sand beach!!!
I had three amazing days with 1Team fitness. Each day’s workout with Kyle was challenging but oh so much fun! The experience was truly customized towards my goals. Meals and accommodations at the Wyndham Grand were top notch. Kyle is kind and committed, and works closely with the hotel to make sure everything is exactly right. The beach is gorgeous and sunshine can’t be beat! Just what a body needs to feel re-focused and re-energized. Shout out to 1Team nutritionist Ashley as well. Loved her caring and practical approach. The 1Team Fitness crew put together a great package for me. Clearwater Beach is a beautiful and dynamic setting for getting back in shape. We had a six day adventure, got my butt kicked all over the beach every morning but had the evenings to recover. Highly recommended!
