I got right in did not have an appointment. The service was great the stylist was excellent did a great haircut as she always does. I was very pleased with the visit

Requested style: I wanted to get about a inch and a half cut off! I told the stylist I needed to be able to put my hair up and that I didn't want short hair. I got just the opposite. I was in shock when she came from the back of my head to the front. What was I to do??
Requested style: I had an 1& 1/2inches trimmed.
