Classes are plentiful, machines are available and modern, lap pool is great initial tour was great. Word of warning: for most people's this isn’t a problem but if you are body conscious (I lost 50 of the 100 pounds I needed to lose before I’d set foot in the gym) but wanted to learn how to use the machines, skip the free 30 minute health assessment they offer. I declined the bmi and fat assessment twice, after it was done they said they’d throw it out instead she kept the file. Great gym for travelers. I visited for a week during a business trip and loved the friendly, judgment-free environment. It’s well-ventilated and wasn't crowded at all, even in the evenings. Plenty of high-quality machines and free weights available. Highly recommend!
Very nice gym. Lots of new equipment. Offers many options from free weights two machines.Offer classes throughout the day, seven days a week. Extended hours for those that work during the day.
