I have been a patient of CFP Physicians Group for over 15 years now, and feel very satisfied with the level of service and care given by the doctors and the entire medical staff. I always feel comfortable and welcome, as well as well cared for. In recent years Sylvia Orandi has been my nurse practitioner, whom I now see for most of my visits. Sylvia is very knowledgeable, kind, and considerate of my needs and concerns as a patient. She is very easy to talk to and I look forward to her advice and recommendations. On my last visit I saw Sylvia, a Nurse Practitioner, who I think is really good. The waiting time in the waiting room was only about 15 mins. and maybe 10 mins in the exam room. Tanya, a RN, did the prescreening before Sylvia came in. I explained a communication problem I had the previous month and before I left Tanya had fixed it. That's what I call "professionalism". There will always be a problem eventually anywhere you go, its how the problem is handled that separates the good from the not so good. Dr Nagalaponi walked in the room and I felt better already. His energy is wonderful; his eye contact is great! I told my daughter later that I felt like I hit the jackpot. From admit to X-ray, the staff was upbeat, smiling and caring.
