The woman that works the front desk is really sweet and the millworker was extremely helpful cutting my custom pieces. Extremely pleased with my Zebra Wood. Would never find this in a traditional wood store.

I love coming to Amazon exotic hardwoods!! I'm a woodworking hobbyist, I don't sell anything, just love the craft and make things for friends and family. I love working on the lathe and Amazon Exotic has the biggest selection of wood species, tons that I have never heard of. Any excuse I have to come to this store, I do. Prices are very reasonable and comparable to other sellers. My only complaint is that they are closed on the weekends so it can be a bit tricky getting there during the work week

A great place to go if your looking for really thick or wide pieces of rough cut exotic woods that normally no one else carries. Prices are fair to good on all the lumber there. Employees / Owners are very friendly and helpful when I asked them questions, even when I looked like a crazy homeless person who just rolled off the streets.Only thing I wish is they were opened on the weekends for at least a single day even if it's just for a few hours. That way people who want lumber that work a 9-5 don't need to take the day off to go shopping here.
