Matt Sinclair and his team did an incredible job remodeling my parents home after the home was flooded by Hurricane Ian. Matt worked tirelessly to get the home completed as fast as he could and the end result was a beautiful high quality remodel! We can not thank Matt and his team enough for the hard work and commitment to our project. There were many hurdles to getting the job done but Matt overcame all obstacles and completed the job with a beautiful outcome!! We could not recommend him enough!!Thank you Matt!!

We are currently in contract with Sinclair Custom Homes to build our home in NW Cape. It has been so easy. They are very responsive and timely. They have been so helpful and professional that it has made the experience enjoyable. I am always up to date on our process and they offer their expertise when I need it. We chose Sinclair because of the design and quality built in and have not been disappointed.
