They offer excellent and prompt assistance for both plumbing and HVAC needs, with a service contract that has saved families from discomfort on multiple occasions. Their upfront pricing includes a service call and one hour of labor, although it may be more expensive, they have been known to make meaningful gestures such as waiving additional charges. They are professional and committed to providing good service, giving hope that humanity is not dead yet. One instance shows their trustworthiness, where they found a different issue than a previous company and only charged for the necessary repairs. GP Plumbing is my expert, reliable, and trusted service provider. Mike Gracobbe not only easily resolved the low water pressure in my homes showers but also provided peace of mind as to how I could troubleshoot issues myself. His expertise is undeniable as is his customer service.

Excellent, prompt service. GP handles our hvac & plumbing woes fast and reasonably. We have a service contract on two a/c units and their regular and emergency services have saved us from disaster and discomfort more than a few times over the many years our family members have used them.
