I had an amazing experience with Viviana at Total Balance Wellness & Spa in Brooksville, Florida. I have received both the Esthetic Contouring Massage and Ultrasonic Cavitation treatments, and I am very happy with the results. Viviana is knowledgeable, professional, and truly cares about her clients’ goals and well-being.
She took the time to explain everything, made me feel comfortable throughout the process, and provided exceptional service from start to finish. The spa is clean, welcoming, and relaxing.

My first visit to Total Wellness for a therapeutic massage. Viviana was an expert at her craft. She found knots I didn’t know existed. She worked through them and didn’t just rush around. She checked to be sure I was comfortable and was kind enough to shake the warm towels out as not to scald my skin. She used the cupping tool on an area along with great explanation of its purpose. She has a client for life and I’ll be scheduling my spouse next!
She is AMAZING!!!
