Although we ended up not needing the services anymore. I wanted to leave a great review for this company. I wrote them an inquiry online in the middle of the night and they got back to me by 6am that morning! Very prompt and VERY attentive to providing the help we thought we needed. Thanks so much for following up with us and making sure our situation was going to be okay. I know the work this company would have done for us would’ve been phenomenal just based on our conversations on the phone! Once again, thank you!!!
Initially visited L.L Flooring store to shop for luxury Vinyl and ended up finding a flooring that I instantly fell in love with. After having them come out and conduct a free quote we decided to shop around because we felt their estimate contained a lot of unnecessary charges. A good friend of ours recommended Majestic flooring services, so we decided to have them come out for an estimate. Their estimator was very knowledgeable and punctual. He even gave us a discount on the flooring that we found at LL flooring. After accepting their quote and making our deposit, they had a crew out the same week. Aaron was wonderful removing carpet from my master closet and installing the luxury vinyl! Quick with the quote and responses to questions and scheduling. Job was quoted virtually with measurements, photos, video. Very professional and polite and cleaned up everything very well. Was out within a few days and even helped me correct a few areas of trim and stairs that my previous company didn’t complete in other areas of my home. Thank you! Super happy with my new flooring!
