I’ve been coming here and getting facials for my acne for about half a year now. And with the amount of compliments and progress I’ve been getting, I won’t be going anywhere else! The esthetician, Ms. Serrano has been giving me great advice with dieting, products, routine. And has left me with glamorous skin. I’m extremely grateful for the acne team, everyone is very nice and friendly. If you’ve got acne I highly recommend Dr. Caban Skin Institute.

Appt for minor skin surgery scheduled for 4pm its now 6pm and patient is still waiting!!!place closes at 5pm! Ridiculous!!

Dr. CABAN is great and did a great job on my Moh’s procedure (on my face). However, the front desk has lots of issues sending prior authorizations to the insurance company for prescriptions!!! I have been waiting almost a month on a prescription and it is still not resolved!!! I even contacted the company and got a direct number that they can’t be bothered to call! Very frustrated!!!

Dr. Caban is a good doctor. He takes his time to explain what’s going on with your skin. However, after a few interactions with his staff, I left unsatisfied. They messed up my appointments many times and are incorrectly inputting personal information into the system such as date of birth or what service you are receiving that day.They also gave me a PHYSICAL card with the date for my next appointment. I had called to cancel it because I was no longer available and turns out they never even scheduled it. If you want to save your time, I would not recommend solely due to the lack of communication and the wait time after making an appointment only to see the doctor for 5 minutes. I understand offices can get busy coming from a medical background myself but to wait more than an hour past your appointment time is unprofessional and inconsiderate, which Ive experienced at all appointments with them. The staff would also give incorrect medical advice which would contradict the doctors instructions for me regarding my medication. If you want efficiency, go somewhere else.

This office is all about money, not patients. The truth is if you’re not Spanish-speaking or from the same ethnic background as Dr. Caban, you’ll be treated as an afterthought—even if you’ve had an appointment booked for weeks. The front desk is a mess, overbooking patients and making you wait hours to be seen. It’s clear they don’t value your time or care. The esthetician and assistants are nice, but the two-hour wait time every single visit speaks volumes about how poorly this office is run. I’d never recommend it to anyone.
