Staff is nice but my families teeth still hurt after having fillings done. Also after my kids braces appointments brackets came loose same day without eating yet. Fell out next day. Next appointment for braces another bracket fell out eating a banana. I get charged $20 a bracket. Try to call to and figure it out with the staff but they don’t answer the phone.

My wife and I shared a great experience at Brandon Mall Dental. Yesterday we were seen for a six month maintenance. We were both promptly seen. The staff was excellent, professional, and caring. From the X-tech to the hygienist we received exceptional service. As usual, Dr. Atchinson was cheerful, thorough, patient, and answered all questions. By far, Dr. Atchinson is the best dentist we've encountered.The entire procedure was painless, and we were on our way in less than an hour. We wholeheartedly recommend Brandon Mall Dental.UPDATE ----On Nov. 7, 2023, I received excellent care from Brandon Mall Dental. I’m really, deeply disappointed with this “dental clinic”. Never in my entire life I had experienced work so unprofessional. Sadly I cannot change clinic, because in other clinics they don’t want to continue with the work of others dentists. Please don’t make the same mistake I did by never going to this clinic. Also the wait time is always horrendous! My daughter and son, have waited for at least 4 hours for them to start working , and sometimes we wait all of that time for them to not attend us. I can’t say anything positive of this clinic, if I could give them 0 stars, I would.Please don’t come to this clinic.
