I should have checked reviews before hiring.I used the coupon that was in the magazine that was suppose to be reputable. Rich did an ok job on my floor, but talked me into getting the sealer for $388. I never even saw him place the product down and was finished really quickly. He said he wanted to return the following week for touch ups and he never showed. Richard Riccibono has numerous numbers, and he never answers or returns calls. When I called him from a different phone, he picked up, gave some lame excuse and made another appointment to come. He never showed. He gave me a 5 year warranty that I never asked for that sounded skeptical to me and which I'm sure... read full review

I am I am a huge supporter of small/local businesses, and in this time when so many are closing due to Covid 19, I am very sad to have to write this terrible review. I originally contracted with Mr. Riccobono in 2017 for 5 years of tile cleaning and sealing. He was delightful and very accommodating, UNTIL, the next year when I tried to schedule my next annual cleaning. It took 2 months, and the involvement of a local news action team to get him to respond. He did come and clean the tiles and extended my warranty an extra year. In 2019, it only took 2 calls to get him to return. He always says," I am busy right now, can I call you back later today?" then never... read full review
