I transferred to the Heritage Harbor location from another SMH facility as I wasn’t happy with the therapist I was seeing. Wow! What a difference! I see Kristi and she is absolutely amazing! So caring, compassionate, and knowledgeable. I cannot recommend her enough. She is always looking for techniques or tools that would be beneficial to me. Kristi even recommended oncology therapy which has helped me. Michelle is my oncology therapist and she is also a wealth of knowledge and encouraging! I went in for a bone density scan and a mammogram. I had an issue that required a different type of mammogram and Jessica was very helpful. She was on hold with my primary care physicians office for a long time until she was able to get an order for the tests that I needed.
Everyone in the office was friendly and professional.
