It pays to choose a practice with skilled, certified practitioners. Karol is amazing! A trained nurse, she gets to the root causes of aches, pains, stiffness, etc. with careful, gentle bodywork. And she also takes the time to explain the processes, so that you can understand how you can help yourself, too! I learned a lot, and felt the pain melt away.

PST is the best place ever for wellness. Knowledgeable and friendly staff that can fix almost any issue I have. I go at least once a week for a preventive treatment or more. They have me in tip top shape and pain free when I visit in a regular schedule. I can definitely feel the difference when I am out of town for an extended trip. I highly recommended it.
