This is about my home stairs remodeling. The finish coat was very badly done and unacceptable by most standards. Shon (who did the work) sprayed the first coast and that led to either very visible spots or misses on all stairs. I let me him know that and he said that he would use a roller for the second coat and that would solve the problem. Unfortunately that didn’t work. He wouldn’t come back to even look at the finish when it dried and wouldn’t return my phone calls. I scheduled an appointment with this company explaining my needs. Waited for the technician to arrive during the schedule time. No call, no show. Called the office (or whomever answers the phone). She stated she'd have the technician call. Techniciancalled about 15 minutes later explaining that they do not have the proper equipment and would not be able to do the job. This wouldn't have been an issue if this hadn't been the MAIN thing I addressed when I made the appointment. The lack of competency, timeliness and poor planning is unacceptable if this how they run their business. I would NOT recommend this company.

I had an appointment scheduled for 11/20/20 between 8:00 &10:00 AM. Called at 11:00 to find out where they were. Receptionist was helpful on getting technician to contact me. He showed up 45 minutes later. I was quoted 95.00 dollars to take out a free standing closet maid cabinet from the garage. The tech told me it would be 170.00. It should have been maybe a 45 minute job at the most. When I told him I was not paying 170.00. He then wanted me to negotiate the price!!! Told him no and sent him away. Be very careful dealing with this company! Feeling the great reviews are not real.
