Dr Jiang has compassion and excellent bedside manner as do all of her colleagues and staff.LeeAnne is the best office Manager I have ever met. Just call the office and she is so knowledgeable and friendly she will take care of everything from your appointments to benefitsfrom your insurance company. And you can get an appointmentquickly.I called 3 places before I called her office and they all seemed to lack compassion and knowledge.When I get my acupuncture Iusually just close my eyes and let the Doctors do what they have to do because I trust them, which is hard to do sometimes when talking needles.(Acupuncture needles do not hurt as much as traditional needles or the...read full review
Dr. Jiang has been treating me for pain management as a result of an auto accident, where someone hit me from behind. My neck, shoulder lower back, pelvic area, legs, etc...have been impacted. Not only does Dr. Jiang take incredible care in treating me for pain management, but also for overall wellness. For example, I couldn't get to sleep due to discomfort, and as a result of Dr. Jiang, I can relax and get comfortable enough to slumber, which helps to heal my whole body. There are also two wonderful medical massage therapists and another acupuncturist - all great. The entire staff is professional and friendly. Thank you Dr. Jiang for taking great care of me.
My initial treatment was yesterday, October 30th and it was incredible.Dr. Jiang reviewed my paperwork and questioned me about my concerns.I've been to 3 other acupuncture doctors in the past and Dr. Jiang was the first to suggest that I lie down on her table as I would when sleeping.Her treatment was spot on as I HAD MY BALANCE BACK.I suffer with peripheral neuropathy in both feet and it affects my balance.I returned home and walked inside without the need of my cane.All last night and TODAY; I'm NOT using my caneI look forward to my next 4 visits with Dr. Jiang.It was a pleasure also to meet office receptionist, Karen.Very professional office.Bob W.
