Sanibel Arms West Condo Association, Inc. switched over to Davis & Associates (CPA’s) 2 years ago.It was great move, as Davis took on AP, AR, Payroll, Financial Statements prep, and numerous other projects we threw at them! The Davis Team, including Shawna, Claudia and Stephanie are professional, responsive and timely in their work. (As the Condo Association Treasurer, I drive them a little crazy with my frequent requests!). A very high recommendation, for those considering a similar move.

John Davis and his staff are always professional and helpful answering any questions that may arise. We just started using them to process our payroll and couldn't be happier with the service. I highly recommend John and his team.

Though front desk staff was helpful and kind, John was incredibly patronizing and rude. His prices seemed fair enough, but not for that attitude (checking his watch, playing dumb, did not seem interested in helping me). He lost out on a potential customer for years, simply because of the way he treated my business during his free ‘consultation’. I will be taking my business and future tax preparation needs elsewhere. Really a shame.

I just finished up my 2022 taxes. I have been doing my taxes for years but this year I decided to get the advice of professionals. I expanded my business and needed tax help. Sal at Davis & Associates (Cape Coral office) was fantastic. He made the process easy with most things done over the phone or email. He was very prompt at returning calls and made the process easy and seamless. I would highly recommend Sal and his team.
