Took my daughters here for some physical therapy. They promised to send me exercises for them to do at home. I advised Cora before I left I had received the exercises for one of my daughters but not both. They said they'd send for my second daughter that evening, so I paid for my daughter for whom I received the exercises and advised I'd pay for my other daughter upon receiving the second set of exercises. After not receiving said exercises for a couple of days I stopped back in to speak with them in person. Same spiel. Meanwhile, they've been sending me invoices for my daughter and are now threatening to send them to collections. Quite frustrating.

A+++ EXCEPTIONAL!!! John helped me SO much that it's hard to remember what life was like before Cora just a few months ago when I came in for excruciating lower back pain. Thanks to John's AMAZING treatment program, my back is now healed! Now, I vacuum painlessly (and have more muscle tone to boot! Yay.). You really have it *ALL* at the EAST BOCA CORA! Oh, and John has AWESOME manual techniques too, a definite *BONUS* if you go to this Cora!! I'm not speaking just from my experience with John either. I would highly recommend anyone looking for their PT needs to come to this facility! Everything about my experience has been completely smooth and wonderful. Raquel at the front desk is so knowledgeable and personable. She took care of all my scheduling and insurance needs like a breeze. She is always in a great mood and super friendly. Nicole did my evaluation and I immediately got comfortable with her. You can tell she really knows her stuff. All of my concerns and problem areas she had a great deal of experience with.
