Allison is one of the most caring person I know in Quadcare and makes me feel like family. She always asks how I am doing and since she is an actual nurse, she gives me great recommendations to feel better. She also gives my family recommendations to help feel better. She is a great listener and even remembers my birthdate. Her team is very professional, ethical, and treat me so kindly also. For me, this is quality care, a team who is knowledgeable, personable, and see me as a person, not just another patient. I'm so blessed to have them.

I've seen them set up someone who has helped my grandma with shopping, getting medications, taking her around, helping her with her dresses and tying her hair in a ponytail. They have truly demonstrated patience, compassion, and love for the elderly.
