I went to PT Solutions Spanish River after reconstructive surgery to my ankle after a ladder fall and 16 weeks with no weight on that ankle. In 8 weeks I went from essentially zero ankle mobility to a full range of motion and significant weight bearing. I am able to walk 3-4 miles a day with minimal discomfort. Their approach is clearly tailored to what you want to accomplish; keeping you safe from re-injury but providing exercises that get you to your goals. I worked with most of the PT staff and could not be more pleased. The front office staff is pleasant and helpful. I could not be happier with my experience.
Charlie Chirackal is one of the best most knowledgeable Physio’s I have ever been too. He knows and tests for muscle strength and imbalances. He watches you exercise and corrects. He will push you to do certain exercises that he knows are ok for your spine. I have had several spinal fusions and am over 80. In just 2 months I am so much stronger , stabilizing much better and have considerably less pain.
I highly recommend him. He is a DPT.( doctor of physical therapy)
I walked in and could hardly walk. Richard diagnosed me perfectly as an IT BAND SYNDROME. He knew exactly what to do. 6 weeks later after 12 treatments I walked out pain free. Thanks Richard for giving me my life back. Btw, when Richard wasn’t available Sarah was incredible!!!
