Excellent first time experience at the Man Cave, Mission Bay.
Very easy to make appointment, Anna at the front desk was very helpful, and the beard trimming by Angela was excellent.
I will be returning on a regular basis
Larissa did a great job as always—consistent, professional, and detail-oriented.
My only issue was at checkout: I booked a lineup but was charged for a master haircut, which I didn’t notice until I got home. Hoping this can be adjusted at my next visit.
Otherwise, great visit, customer experience.
