It will be two years since I started coming to The Facility. I've had two total knee replacements last year so I intend to keep up my strength every week. It's a nice sized gym, not overwhelming. The machines are fantastic; I look forward to using all of them eventually! I like how professional and knowledgeable my trainer is. Thanks, Jamie R.

Great personal training. We are not regular workout folks and have lots of physical issues. Christian is doing a wonderful job pushing us forward while cognizant of our issues. It's been a great experience. And everyone is friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended.

Fred and his staff are super friendly and extremely knowledgable. After coming in for a consult and review of my goals, Fred put me on a customized training program with Shay (trainer). The facility has a large space for a gym and they have state of the art machines. The way they train allows me to reach my goals with less weights and reaching peak performance with longer sets and rest. I look forward to reaching my goal in the next few months and will continue to train to keep strengthening and testing my limitations. There is always plenty of machines or free weights and does not get crowded at all. The one-on-one work with my trainer Shay couldn't be any simplier....read full review
