Golden Age Caregivers are amazing. The owner Elaine made a personal visit with my Mom to get acquainted with her before placing any caregivers. Monique, the staffing/billing manager is kind and patient. Communication with Monique is prompt and clear. Monique has taken care of providing staff to be with Mom whenever needed. The care givers have been professional, knowledgeable and supportive of my Moms needs. So grateful to be working with such a compassionate team. Thank you Elaine, Monique and team.
Five stars is not enough to award this Company. The owner and billing person (Monique) make the experience seamless.My Mom needed care and they worked diligently to match her 86 yr old personality with their caregivers. The billing is easy and they arranged with the Long term care provider to be compensated directly. I am free of hours of paperwork and documents that took up my time every month.Caregivers is a godsend and a blessing!We were a family in need and you have improved the quality of life for my MOM and the the rest of the FAMILY!Bless your Company.
10 stars if that was possible. This agency is highly professional and seems to attract the most compassionate caregivers. The administrative staff is available 24 hours as is the owner, Elaine. You never feel alone when caring for your loved one. My mother had 24/7 care for 4 years as I lived out of town. I had total trust in the loving and compassionate care that was given to my mother. I myself loved the aides who became family and even brought my mother from Florida to Massachusetts for her granddaughters wedding.They were there with her (as was Elaine) along with me until her last breath.
