I made an appointment a week in advance and when I went to the clinic I found the door locked. I called and sent several messages and they did not respond. The next day they didn't even bother to call me and justify or even apologize. Professionalism is ZERO grade.

It's impossible to get someone on the phone, the line is always busy, doesn't matter when and what time you call, the website is down... there's is no way to contact this people. I need a prescription refilled and cant get hold of them. This is going on for months now.

I was yelled at by office manager for calling to find out why my Lipitor prescription refill was being denied (pharmacy told my doctors office had denied it) and was told I have to come in to the office to see the doctor every 3 months when it comes to prescriptions, but was yelled at when I asked why.I had been going to Family Medicine of Boca for a decade. Use to see Dr Fleck before these new owners and new doctors. I always went in once a year for blood work and a check up and prescription.I think something fishy is going on and they are just trying to get money for office visits.I’m still shocked the office manager actually yelled at me.I just found a new drs office...read full review
