My husband and I are very thankful to Lincare Staff for the exceptional service and support they provide. They've got services we had not expected, and explained everything in detail.The education and training to the equipment is thorough. The care, respect and professional compassion shows with every communication. They are above and beyond invaluable!But the phone system SUCKS!!!!!I have learned I get better results when I keep redialing. ?I see NO reason to be on hold (with or without a ☎️ greeting) for ANY extended time!I do expect, at the very least, for a receptionist to answer my call and forward my name, phone number and questions to a professional. From the phone call to the delivery of my equipment everything went smooth. The transition from the old provider was great with no hiccups. The representative was awesome when the delivery arrived. He was attentive and very informative.
