Just competed my first full year at the body factory. Will be calling it home until they kick me out. Very clean and tons of equipment the big box gyms do not carry. The QR codes on the equipment help you learn the proper form and as a previous personnel trainer, I’m still finding new things to learn and try here. Looking for a local home gym with everything you would need. Look no further!

From stair step, walking, bike, rowing, and EVERY BIT of weightlifting equipment you need! Staffed Monday through Thursday, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, included in your membership.

Pleasant experience, friendly..lots of equipment..Debbie is very kind. love the flexibility of when I can exercise, She also showed me machines to be used when I have a soar back.. I feel comfortable there. I've been to various different gyms..This by far is my favorite gym!!
