You are required to sign in at the front desk on a log with a running tally of names that is not HIPAA-compliant. The ladies at the front desk are not rude, but they are not friendly and don't make you feel welcome. Martha has been 15+ minutes late to EVERY appt since I started with her in 2018. When I am scheduled as her first appt of the day, she doesn't even arrive until 15 minutes after my appt should have started. In 7 years, she has never once returned a phone call to me. Either the front desk doesn't give her the messages I left with them in person (not on voicemail), or she simply does not call me back. She rescheduled me with short notice 4 times in 2024. It's April 2025 and her office has already rescheduled me 3 times. She does good work, but clearly has no respect for me as a loyal client. Very disappointing.

Not a reliable place don't get answers don't get callbacks. I have to physically go in and ask for an answer and then they want to charge me to come see the doctor to get the answers but they won't answer me or return any of the phone calls won't be coming back. Good luck to everybody else.

I went there last week Martha should not be working the as an aestician her words that she tells you she believes it herself that her botox works i got a full refund that was $325. Plus $48.25 for the fillers that both services absolutely did nothing there is no way that one side of your eye takes 10 sticks i counted i only got 4 on each side do not waste your money or time i wrote a crappy review and they didn't post it only the nice ones so it shows the public that they take your money and gives you no results and they wrote best of groupon because it would influence you to go elsewhere I live in lake worth fl. REMEMBER Don't WASTE Your Money

Everytime I come here I get tested for my illnesses and I never get a call back or a follow up with the results. I paid 160$ for an allergy test I have yet to find out what I'm allergic to. Today I went in due to being sick for the past 2 days and they only want to give me a drs note for 1 day. Doesn't make sense I'm out sick I have you your money give me the proper letter for the days I'm out. Front desk lady obviously thinks she can dictate peoples lives
