Very friendly and knowledgeable tech. Called and arrived during scheduled time slot, our time is important so this is a big plus. (A different company we scheduled last week did not arrive during a 4 hour time slot provided, we did not reschedule?).

Online scheduling with listed services and prices is a great feature. Once the guys were on site, a few tweaks to the original request (on my part) and they were off to the races! I was kept informed through the process. End result better than anticipated.
The whole experience from start to finish went very smooth. The carpets look amazing. Adam did a great job making us feel comfortable and he was also very knowledgeable and explained the whole process very well. Would highly recommend.
