Maybe it's The New Yorker in me, but when I walk into a shop @1:50 on a Friday and see 3 barbers cutting, 1 guy waiting, I expect it to be a breeze. He asked if I had an appointment, I said "no is that ok" and he said yes. They talked about sports more than they cut, after 37 mins of watching him fade the same hairlin, beard still untouched, & appointments start showing up I left. When leaving he asked if I wanted to make an appointment I told him no thanks, he apologize that he wasn't able to help me. Other than that the shop was very nice and smelled great, make an appointment and you should be fine.
