We took a gentle yoga class with Cindy during our girls weekend in A.M.I. What a treat! Her class was rejuvenating and a wonderful way to start off the new year. We highly recommend and Cindy is just so lovely.
The calmness of this Beach side yoga brought peace and tranquility. Paige was an amazing calm spirited instructor, her passion, energy and knowledge left me at ease. Love the views and fresh breeze of the Brandenton beach. #islandyogaspace
While on vacation on the island, my sister and I did sunset yoga on the beach. Paige was a great instructor and helped my sister and I as we are beginners of yoga! Paige timed the yoga perfectly so at the end of the session we could watch the sun set! If you take a class here, do it with Paige!
