Our Uncle died recently; as his caregivers, we were quickly overwhelmed with the multitude of tasks that needed to be handled in the midst of our grief. Neptune Society excels at making the process easy for the bereaved. The guidance and support by Sara and the Neptune team made a huge difference in helping us to move through the decisions and tasks. We also appreciated the respect shown to our Uncle in carrying out his wishes with dignity. I strongly recommend the Neptune Society to any family who is making final life plans.

My husband and I decided to prepare and plan for our final day on this earth. After reading a few reviews about Neptune Society, I called and left a message at the Altamonte Springs location. I figured ok it’s the day before Thanksgiving, so I am sure someone will call me on Monday. Much to my surprise, within a few minutes, a very pleasant gentleman by the name of Jordan Valentin called me. Our Neptune Society representative was professional but fun and engaging. She provided all the information we needed and was quick to answer questions in an understandable manner. After her presentation, we were completely sold on the services of the Neptune Society and she helped initiate our joining. Since then (several weeks ago) we have been more and more grateful that we have made these plans and spared our family the difficulty of making hard decisions at a painful time.
