A tree came through my son's roof. Since he was a new homeowner, I called around for assistance. Ted, the owner of Rock Roofing answered the phone at around 7 p.m. and was very accommodating to my concerns, eventhough I wasn't the homeowner. He dispatched a crew who was there within about an hour to make sure there were no safety concerns. Ted called me back to give this concerned mom an update. They will be out this a.m. for the repairs, once the tree is removed and they have the access they need. A+ service

I haven't used them yet but I must say that so far the company is fantastic. Smith came out today and was excellent. No pressure sales. Concise and quick with a quote. He was personable and respectful in every way. We have a couple other quotes lined up so I have no measure for where it lies yet but the product recommended seems to be a quality one. Regardless of whether we go with them it was everything you could want from an initial experience with a company and that definitely sways us towards finalizing.
