The physical therapists that work here create the most welcoming environment imaginable for everyone that steps into their doors. Watching them create personal relationships with their patients is a joy to experience. On top of that, the clinic is in great condition and is constantly adding quality equipment regularly!

I went to Premier PT in Bear in the fall and will be starting again in about a month for rehab after foot surgery. Connor and Katie are the best and Madelyn does a great job of running the front desk smoothly. I would 100% recommend this or any of the other locations!

Only place I'd trust & recommend. They're not pushie, they work at your own pace, great with scheduling, They give you a great at home program to help guide you through & you can download the app & track your progress & EVERYONE at this location is extremely nice.

I had a wonderful experience here! I came in with shoulder pain. My pain is almost completely gone now! They’re flexible with scheduling and understanding if you need to reschedule. Duncan is amazing!

Cannot thank the Premier Middletown office for all their continued help with my recovery! It even starts with the front office staff everyone is excellent and welcoming. I had a worse than expected freak accident happen resulting in a completely torn MCL and being an active person and nurse I tried to rehab on my own not realizing the amount of knowledge and guidance I was missing out on not going to PT! I cannot thank Jen and Xavier enough for helping me to regain my quality of life I honestly didn’t know what to expect I didn’t even know if getting better without surgery was even possible! I’m so glad I found Premier as a former collage athlete this place is perfect for rehabbing Xavier was able to relate to me on athletic level with his speciality being sports medicine. I know I have more with the road ahead but the knowledge and tools goes beyond which I could even imagine! I am back to working 12hr as a nurse which has been a blessing!
