We were out of state and our plans for the service evolved. Jim was flexible, worked with our last-minute requests and made the whole process so much easier. The entire team at Nichols-Gilmore worked tirelessly to support us during the most difficult time in our lives after we lost our mother. Unlike other places I contacted, where the focus seemed to be on money rather than support, Jim, Brendan, Maggie, and Julie prioritized our needs. They took the time to explain everything and immediately began working to ensure that our mother had a beautiful and memorable funeral.
