If you are a non-resident of USA with a Delaware corporation , Gary Mehta is the best CPA you can hire. I had an inactive company that was years behind on Business Tax Returns , specifically Form 1120 , Form 5472 , and Delaware Franchise taxes . It was a stressful situation, but Gary handled everything perfectly.
He helped us by preparing the back taxes, getting back into full compliance and successfully worked to reduce our penalties .
