Called and confirmed they were open today. Drove all the way there and they closed!!! I wouldn’t have bothered to drive 30 mins out of my way today if you were not going to be open.

Went in not really knowing what services I wanted, but Sofia greeted me and guided me in the right direction. I tried the massage table, which I loved, and purchased some amazing skin care products. Definitely recommend and ask for Sofia!

I’ve been a loyal customer through all the changes over the past decade and beyond — from the original Hollywood Tan days, to B Tan, and now to this GLO Tanning mess. Unfortunately, the experience has gone downhill. Customer service is practically nonexistent. When you call, you’re redirected to a third-party line that promises a follow-up call or email, but nothing ever happens. The hours change constantly — sometimes weekly — depending on staffing issues, yet we continue to pay the same rate as if we’re able to tan regularly. The tanning pods are frequently “out of order,” though it often feels like the staff simply don’t want to clean or refill them. The beds are rarely sanitized properly (I know what to look for — I worked in a tanning salon years ago), so I bring my own wipes because I don’t trust their cleaning standards. The rugs are filthy and clearly not vacuumed, enjoy the clumps of everyone’s else’s hair on your feet when you step in and out of your tanning booth- and the bathroom is in such poor condition that I wouldn’t even step inside. Overall, it’s obvious that customers are no longer valued the way we once were, and that’s truly disappointing.
