David ordonez did an exceptional job with helping me and my family out today highly recommend him and Mr. Rooter for anyone in need of quick and efficient plumbing work for the near future definitely took alot of stress off our plates we truly appreciate everything that was done today
We’ve worked with Mr. Rooter previously and have always had extraordinary professionals who were amazing at their craft. This time we had the opportunity to engage with Liz Hanby. She called in advance and was courteous, professional, friendly, respectful, and masterful at completing the tasks we needed addressed. We did not love the estimate we received for what we needed done(outdoor sink repair) but we agreed, in part because of previously working with the company and the 3 year warranty on the work. When Mike and David came to my house to help with a very challenging plumbing issue, I’ll admit my first impression was that they seemed too young to have the level of experience needed for a job like this. I couldn’t have been more wrong.
From the moment they got to work, they demonstrated an exceptional level of professionalism, diligence, and expertise. They took the time to explain what they were doing, answered all of my questions, and approached the problem with confidence and care.
